1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Champions Cups website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2Eligibility

To use our services and register for cricket trials, you must:

• Be a cricket player with genuine interest in participating in trials
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Have a valid email address for communication
• Be physically fit to participate in cricket trials
• For players under 18: have parental or guardian consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

To register for trials, you must create an account by providing your email address and verifying it through OTP (One-Time Password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You must complete all four sections of your profile to participate in trials:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in rejection of your registration and forfeiture of your registration fee.

4Payment & Registration Fee

4.1 Payment Processing

• •All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
• •We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• •Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• •Your Player ID Card with QR code will be generated upon successful payment.

4.2 Refund Policy

4.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as:

• • Duplicate payment due to technical error
• • Event cancellation by Champions Cups
• • Verifiable payment processing error

5Trial Participation

5.1 Player ID Card & QR Code

• ✓Upon successful registration, you will receive a Player ID Card with a unique QR code via email.
• ✓Your QR code is unique to your account and must not be shared with others.
• ✓You must present your QR code at the trial venue for verification and check-in.
• ✓Carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar/PAN/Passport) for identity verification.

5.2 Player Verification

At the trial venue, authorized Champions Cups personnel will:

• →Scan your QR code to verify your registration
• →Verify your identity against your photo ID
• →Verify your documents (age proof, etc.)
• →Mark your attendance
• →Rate your skills during the trial
• →Add notes regarding your performance

5.3 Trial Rules

6Player Ratings & Selection

During trials, authorized personnel will rate players on various skills including batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and attitude on a scale of 0-100.

• •Ratings are at the sole discretion of our authorized evaluators.
• •Ratings and selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
• •Registration does not guarantee selection to any team.
• •Player ratings may be shared with cricket franchise scouts and selectors.
• •Champions Cups does not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in trials.

7Intellectual Property

The Champions Cups name, logo, website design, content, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Champions Cups and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.

8Limitation of Liability

Champions Cups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• ⚠Personal injury during trials (participants participate at their own risk)
• ⚠Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• ⚠Errors or inaccuracies in content
• ⚠Payment processing issues caused by third-party payment providers
• ⚠Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)

9Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

10Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• •Violates these Terms of Service
• •Is harmful to other users or the platform
• •Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
• •Involves providing false information

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Registration fees are non-refundable upon termination.

11Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@championscups.com.

12Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
